SLOW MARKET IN DALLAS
Some may call it a buyer's market, other might call it a soft market. The truth is both are right..... Properties throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area are seeing a significant drop in prices. My team and I are in the process of gathering some statistics to share with you. I will try to make those stats ready by the next update.
As for now, I predict that the prices should see their bottom line drop anywhere from 9/15 - 11/15. If you are looking to buy a home in the Dallas area that is the time to buy. Despite of some reports of the economy rebounding by the spring time, we see very little hope in significant changes. Home values may stabilize some, but not at the rate that the media is expecting.
On a more positive note, my team and are hopeful for a stronger market past the spring which in turn will be slow growing but hey.... it is going to get there.
